Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made through www.huveyo.com, operated by KERVA, LLC, doing business as HUVEYO (“HUVEYO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order and retain a copy for your records.

1. Definitions

“Website” means www.huveyo.com and its associated pages.

“Products” means the products offered for sale on the Website.

“Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the individual or business placing an order.

“Order” means a request to purchase Products through the Website.

2. Application and Acceptance

By placing an Order, you agree to these Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Shipping and Returns Policy, Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You must have the legal authority to enter into a purchase agreement. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website. The version in effect when you place your Order will govern that Order, unless otherwise required by law.

Include your full name, order number, and a description of your request.

Business inquiries, partnership proposals, and media requests may also be sent to this address.

4. Product Information and Ordering

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information.

Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings and lighting. These variations do not excuse delivery of a materially different or misdescribed Product.

To place an Order:

1. Select your Products and add them to your cart.

2. Review the Products, quantities, and prices.

3. Enter accurate contact, shipping, and billing information.

4. Select an available shipping method.

5. Enter your payment information and any applicable promotional code.

6. Review your Order and submit payment.

You are responsible for checking your Order details before submission.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your Order. We may decline or cancel an Order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to process payment. If we cancel an Order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the Website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be shown before you submit your Order.

We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted Order.

Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to payment processing.

We may retain electronic order confirmations, invoices, and transaction records for business, accounting, and legal purposes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping destinations, methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are provided on the Website or at checkout.

Most Orders are processed within 12 hours. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances. We will address shipping delays and provide any notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to agree to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund, as required by law.

Shipping addresses

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

For packages returned because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, contact us to arrange an eligible refund or reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed before reshipment.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing deliveries

Inspect your Order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, email info.uveyo@gmail.com with your order number and available supporting information.

Photographs of the packaging and Products may help us investigate. Failure to identify an issue in the carrier’s presence does not, by itself, eliminate rights available under applicable law.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available, customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are your responsibility. Any applicable charges collected by us will be disclosed before payment.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because Orders are processed quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Email info.uveyo@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancel My Order” or “Change My Order.” Include your full name and order number.

Once an Order has been processed, ordinary cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. This restriction does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including rights relating to shipping delays.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

For change-of-mind returns:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• The package’s shipping label must be present and intact.

• A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Jewelry that has been worn is not eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and digital books are nonreturnable. Items purchased at a discount, including our Bundle & Save offers, can be returned within the same 14-day window, and refunds are issued for the amount you actually paid.

To initiate a return, email info.uveyo@gmail.com before sending the Product. We will provide instructions and the designated return address.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost will be deducted from your refund. If you purchase shipping yourself, you pay the carrier directly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable once an Order ships, except where otherwise required by law.

These return restrictions do not limit remedies for defective, damaged, or misdescribed Products required by applicable law.

9. Defective Products and Warranties

If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact info.uveyo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Any separate manufacturer or written product warranty will be identified in the applicable product documentation.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions may fall outside any voluntary warranty, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Product Use

Use Products only for their intended purposes and follow all instructions, warnings, and care requirements.

Review product descriptions and compatibility information before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification.

You are responsible for damage resulting from misuse to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not excuse defects, inaccurate descriptions, or other matters for which we are legally responsible.

11. Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or a breach of these Terms.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

12. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, or government restrictions, may affect performance.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate significant disruptions and reduce their impact.

These events do not eliminate any obligation to provide shipping-delay notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements, is owned by us or used with authorization from the relevant rights holders.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected Website content.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer intellectual property rights in the Website, our brand, or associated materials.

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Reviews and Other Submissions

You are responsible for reviews, comments, suggestions, and other content you submit.

Your submissions must not:

• Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Misrepresent your identity or your experience with a Product.

By submitting a review or other content for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and distribute it in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate content for legitimate reasons, including unlawful content, spam, or infringement. We do not prohibit honest reviews or remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion.

Unless separately agreed, submissions do not create an obligation to pay compensation or provide a response.

16. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control their content or practices.

Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Contacting us does not waive your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law. Mediation may be used if both parties agree.
