United States: Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.

Netherlands and Belgium: Standard shipping is free.

Returns and Exchanges

At www.huveyo.com, we make every effort to provide detailed, accurate product descriptions so you know exactly what to expect when your order arrives.

Order Cancellations

We take pride in processing orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email info.uveyo@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Because most in-stock items are processed or shipped within 12 hours, please contact us within that timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before processing begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed, even if your request is submitted within 12 hours.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the shipping address only if your order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, inaccessible addresses, or refused deliveries.

Packages that cannot be delivered may be returned to the sender, but a return is not guaranteed.

If your package is returned to the sender, you may choose between:

• A refund of your order total, less shipping charges.

• Reshipment of your order.

We cannot issue a refund or arrange reshipment until the sender has received the returned package.

Return Policy

We accept return requests for any reason, including dissatisfaction with a product or a change of mind.

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your products.

To initiate a return, email info.uveyo@gmail.com. Our support team will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Our support team will also send you a return form. Complete it and include it in your return package.
